Henning has worked with graphic production, image processing, animation and 3D visualisations in Skaara Design and Scandinavian Design Group from 1994 to 2010. He was employed by Tangram Design as production manager and 3D designer from 2011 until Oblivion Design was founded in 2015.

Oblivion often works closely with other professional environments when needed, and has good experience of collaborating across agency boundaries on larger projects. A regular partner on the design side has in recent years been Jannicke Solgård-Jensen in Solgård Design. Jannicke has over 20 years of experience in the design industry, and is a profiled graphic designer who works extensively with strategic design, concept development and packaging design.
